Lunch at Marché is built around a salad bar we make fresh every morning, toasties on Dench Bakers sourdough, baguettes baked off in our own kitchen, and a couple of char-grilled proteins to put on top. The kitchen runs until 2pm, and most of it travels well if you're taking it back to the office. Healthy and delicious options for every appetite.

Salads

Our salad display is stacked with healthy, wholesome vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options to suit nearly every dietary requirement. These salads are substantial and make a fantastic lunch by themselves, or pair them with one of our char-grilled proteins or freshly baked quiche. The options change every day, so pop in regularly to taste the whole range.

Char-grilled proteins

Both are gluten free, and both go with anything from the salad bar.

  • Char-grilled salmon fillet (gf) — sashimi-grade, approx 100g, with house-made chilli jam and a coconut and peanut crunch — $12.80

  • Char-grilled chicken breast (gf) — marinated, with garlic yoghurt; ask for today's marinade — $10.50

Add a side salad from the bar to either for $8.50.

Also on the counter

  • Quiche (vgo) — pancetta and leek, or mushroom and caramelised onion, eaten cold or heated — $12.80

  • Wagyu beef lasagne — slow-cooked wagyu, fresh egg pasta, zucchini and béchamel, with rocket, pear and shaved parmesan — $24.60

The colder months bring additional options such as delicious house-made soups onto the menu and there's usually a rotating special alongside these — ask, or see the board.

Gourmet Baguette sandwiches

A freshly baked baguette forms the basis of all of our delicious sandwich offerings, with our chefs preparing them each morning using an array of house made ingredients. Our Roasted Chicken baguette is a customer favourite; we roast whole chickens, shred them and combine with a delicious house-made mayonnaise, this is topped with a layer of house-made pickle and fresh Cos lettuce to create a taste sensation that will have you coming back over and over.

Baguette boxes, salad platters and lunch boxes are on the catering menu, with 48 hours' notice — 24 hours for a straight baguette box or ring us if it’s urgent and we will do our best to help.
